Aubrac Beef- Kill- Out Results.

On our farm we have the calf- to beef production enterprise in place. All the Crossbred Aubrac Bulls are slaughtered in our local factory, under 16 months. A number of our Aubrac Crossbred Commercial Heifers, which are not retained for breeding purposes are also slaughtered in our local factory and purchased by our local butcher under 30 months.
